here are the details you asked for.....
Go through all your sewing and sewing related stuff
i.e. patterns, fabrics ,notions, what not's, etc
(NO sewing machines, of course)
Call or email us ASAP and let us know approximately how many items you will
have.
We will generate bar coded marking labels for you.
GUESS WHAT??
NO CHARGE FOR OUR LABELS!
You
must let us know you are participating, if you have not done so already.
Do
not delay because there is limited space.
You snooze--> You lose
You can then pick up the labels any time any time.
(One lady made $525.00 last year)
You decide on what you want for your items.You
mark all your items with the selling price on the labels we provide and, if
possible put in stackable boxes, so we can store them.
Bring your boxes to the store between
July 16th and July 20th
If
you will be at the Extravaganza you can bring your items with you.
Put
this important date on your calendar,
So, what's in it for me, you ask??
You
bring your treasures. We would love for you to come and be there for the
day, too, (but you don't have to)
You can have your own table of merchandise if you like, and negotiate prices
if you want. If not, we sell it for what you have it marked. If you 'man' your
table, you make more moola
We
provide the great location, the labels, the tables and the advertising.
We are deliberately not calling this a flea market or garage sale, so you can
get more for your sewing treasures.
We will attract fellow sewers, and with the store involved you can get better
prices than at a flea market or a garage sale at your house.
If
you do not want to stay you don't have to, but what fun is that?
You
will generate $$$$ to spend on what ever you want in the store, what is better
than that.
Whatever of yours is sold, we give you a store credit for that amount.
So,
have some fun, laugh some laughs, and recycle some of your stash to use for
new stuff ( and maybe come home with some great NEW treasures)
If
you don't want to part with any of your treasures, come anyway and pick some
new 'old' stuff up

Any merchandise not picked up and left after July 24th at 4 pm will be donated to the charity of SO-SF's choice.
